The World Economic Forum recognized the world’s 49 most promising Technology Pioneers, placing Data Theorem on the elite list. The Technology Pioneers were selected by a selection committee of 68 academics, entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and corporate executives. Notable members of the committee include Arianna Huffington (founder, Huffington Post) and Henry Blodget (editor-in-chief, Business Insider). The committee based its decisions on criteria including innovation, potential impact, working prototype, viability and leadership. A distinguished panel of CEOs, CIOs, VCs and analysts including SiliconIndia editorial board chose the honorees. Panelist focused on Data Theorem’s ability to continuously monitor, scan, and fix mobile application security issues at scale, using the company’s groundbreaking technology. T.E.N., an information technology and security executive networking and relationship-marketing firm, named Data Theorem the Gazelle Champion during The ISE® Lions’ Den and Jungle Lounge on Wednesday, Aug. 6, at Vdara Hotel and Spa at Aria in Las Vegas. The first event of its kind, The ISE® Lions’ Den matched TEN of the security industry’s hottest emerging companies (Gazelles) against a panel of leading CISOs with tech-heavy backgrounds (ISE® Lions) who had a strong interest in new technology. Each of the Gazelles was judged by the ISE® Lions based on the following criteria: vision, innovation and ability to stand out in a crowded market, traction and foundation for success, and quality of their pitch.
